Holly
is a beautiful 8 year old boxer that made it out of the shelter just in time,
which is good because she is such a sweetheart. She probably weighs about 70 lbs and
believes that she is supposed to be a lap dog. She is a very muscular dog, like a brick. We snuggle on the couch together at night
and just relax and watch tv. She gets
so excited when I take her for walks.
She walks very well on a leash as if she is prancing. I get alot of people that want to stop and
say hi to her. She is crate trained,
although she doesn't always like it.
She is housebroken. She gets
along well with other dogs but sometimes gets mad about having to share
attention. She is learning quickly
that she is not the only dog in the house and must share. Holly was a surrender and was most likely
used as a breeding dog. Her nipples
are large and will always be that way.
Her teeth are like nubbins, so I have to have her on a soft food diet
that is mixed with small kernels of dog food.
You'll also notice that she has scarring on her ears. She is very muscular and appears to be in
good health despite her teeth. Her
demeanor, as I said earlier, is that of sweetheart. She is such a loving dog and very calm and
