About Us Rover Rescue We are an all-volunteer group dedicated to giving homeless dogs a happy future. Our Objective To provide the best possible care and placement of dogs, through quality fostering, proper vetting and education to reach our Goal. Our Goal To rescue as many dogs from shelters and abusive homes as humanly possible, evaluate them, and place them in qualified adoptive homes.
