What You Want to
Know
BJ
is a three year old 40 pound lab/hound mix.
He was rescued from a high kill shelter in Southern Indians where he
was on his last days of being alive.
His picture and his story spoke to my heart and he made the journey up
to Rover Rescue a couple of weeks ago.
BJ had been in that shelter for nearly three months, which left him
sad and depressed. Since coming into
his foster home, he is starting to come out of his shell. He enjoys the other dogs and cats in the
house, but probably likes his people the most. We're hoping he will find his forever home
soon, before he grows too attached to his foster family, and has to make the
transition again. BJ is crate trained and housebroken, and has a personality
that very much wants to please. He's
not very barky, and has that goofy hound demeanor. BJ is looking for a family that will give
him the time, love, and training he'll need to be the best dog he can
be. He would be great with kids of any
age, and will make a loving, loyal companion for a lucky person. If you think BJ could be the guy for you, or
would like to hear more about him, please call Colleen at (630)273-2421. BJ is neutered and up-to-date on all his
shots. His adoption fee is $200, and
he's being fostered in Plano, IL. |
