What You Want to
Know
Meet Ella, she's a 1-2 year old possibly pure breed American
Eskimo. She's a small girl so she must be a toy Eskimo. Being a
pure breed dog did not do her much good, it
only brought problems as she's from a puppy mill. Prior coming to
Rover Rescue she spent her life in a cage with no socialization or physical
activity. Eskimo's are a active breed that
will develop bad habits if they don't get enough mental and physical activity
so she started a habit of spinning. As long as she's sitting on a chair
with me or walking on a leash as she needs lots of exercise she's fine.
But if she get's anxious at all, she'll start spinning
but with a loud shout of "STOP" she
will. She's a adorable little dog with eyes that
just scream "Please love me".
She has the cutest little pink ears and she has a prance to her
step when walking on a leash. She's like a child that never had the
chance to be a child. She is always watching what's going on and wants
to be involved. She loves my grandchildren and most everyone
but as Eskimo's can be she's cautious of men at first but if they approach
her, after she's done barking, she gives a
lick and wants a pet. Because Ella is still a work in progress she
would be best in a home where she's not left alone longer than 4-5 hours per
day. She has came a long way with the housetraining, she has not had a
accident outside of her crate in almost a week now, I try
to crate her as least as possible. Ella went thru a doggy bootcamp and the director called her a little
cupcake because she is just so adorable. She is now ready
for someone to give her the love and attention she needs to feel secure
and confident, but isn't that something we all want? If you would
