What You Want to
Know
Meet Farkle, a one year old Cairn Terrier mix
weighing in at 17 pounds. We're not sure what he's mixed with, my guess
would be another type of terrier. He looks like a Cairn Terrier, only
with longer legs. Sweet and spunky are the words to best describe Farkle. He LOVES to play with toys, and loves to
chase after them. He understands the whole concept of the game
"fetch", and will bring the toy back to you. He also likes to
chew on bones, go for walks, car rides, and snuggle with his
people. Farkle does know some commands, but
like most dogs, would benefit from some more obedience training. Farkle is a true terrier, meaning he does have energy,
and needs an outlet to burn it off. This could be another playful dog,
or an active family who will walk him, play with
him, and give him the attention he craves. Farkle
would not do well in a situation where he would be left home alone for
probably more than five hours at a time. He would do great with
kids. Farkle is crate trained and settles
down nicely when he is in his crate, and he does sleep through the
night. He also appears to be housebroken. He is NOT a marker, and
in fact, doesn't even lift his leg!! Farkle
is a happy little guy who is looking for a family that will love his
spunkiness and can give him the home he deserves. Farkle
is neutered and current on all his vaccinations. If you would like to
hear more about Farkle or possibly meet him, please
call Colleen at (630)273-2421. His adoption fee is $175.00, and he's
being fostered in Plano, IL. |
